LIMITED WARRANTY U.S.VOCOPRO WARRANTS ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN THE U.S. AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM THE INITIAL DATE OF PURCHASE, OR A YEAR FROM THE DATE OF MANUFACTURE IF PROOF OF PURCHASE IS NOT AVAILABLE
On warranted products, VocoPro agrees to supply all parts and labor for repair, or replace defective items with parts or products of original and similar design at their option in each incident as well, shipping costs and total insurance back to the customer. For products in need of repair after the initial warranty period, customers are responsible for cost of parts, labor, transportation, and full insurance to and from the point of origin.
VocoPro however, does not warrant its products against all defects:
1) Arising out of material or workmanship not provided or by VocoPro.
2) Resulting from abnormal uses of the product or violation of instructions.
3) In products repaired or serviced by anyone, other than an authorized VocoPro repairs facility.
4) In products with removed or defaced serial numbers.
5) In components, parts, or products expressly warranted by another manufacturer.LIMITED WARRANTY OUTSIDE THE U.S.
OUR PRODUCTS ARE WARRANTED SOLEY THROUGH THE DISTRIBUTOR IN THE COUNTRY WHERE PURCHASED AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP. THE SPECIFIED PERIOD OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE THAT WHICH IS DESCRIBED TO THE ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASER BY A VOCOPRO AUTHORIZED DEALER OR DISTRUBITOR AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

ALL REMEDIES AND THE MEASURE OF DAMAGES ARE LIMITED TO THE ABOVE SERVICES. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT ECONOMIC LOSS OR INJURY TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY MAY RESULT FROM THE FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT. EVEN IF VOCOPRO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THIS POSSIBILITY, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT VOUCHER ANY SUCH CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM EITHER THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE OR, THE DATE OF MANUFACTURE IF THERE IS NO PROOF OF PURCHASE, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
WARRANTY PROCEDURETo validate your warranty: Fill out the attached warranty card. Please include the model and serial number, this will insure complete tracking of your unit. Products are on file by model and serial number only. If you purchased your product in the U.S., Mail the completed card directly to VocoPro within ten days from the point of sale. If outside the U.S., you must file your warranty registration card with the distributor in the specific Country where item was purchased. Always keep the top portion of your registration and a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase, should any difficulties arise concerning the registration of your warranty card.
WARRANTY SERVICE MUST BE CARRIED OUT ONLY BY AN AUTHORIZED VOCOPRO SERVICE FACILITY OR BY VOCOPRO THEMSELVES. It is recommended that advance notice be given to the repair facility to avoid any unnecessary costs in case that the problem is merely technical and can be resolved over the telephone. UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE PERFORMED WILL VOID ANY EXISTING FACTORY WARRANTY ON THAT PRODUCT.
If you need Factory Service on your product, please call our toll free number at 800-678-5348 so we can determine if you are in warranty or not and then we can issue you a Return Authorization number. We can also determine if you are by one of our several Authorized Service Centers. Our Warranty does not cover damage on products damaged from improper packaging. If at all possible avoid sending products through the mail. Be sure to include:
- Complete return shipping address and daytime telephone number (P.O. box numbers are not acceptable).
- A detailed description of any problems experienced. Also include the make and model number of any other equipment in the system.
Repaired products will ship back to the owner C.O.D. Cash unless sufficient return shipment funds are included with the unit. All major credit cards are also accepted.
Products sent from outside the U.S. Must include return freight funds, and the sender is full responsible for all: customs procedures, duties, tariffs, and deposits.
