In addition to the ONE-YEAR STANDARD WARRANTY, VocoPro is now offering an optional EXTENDED LIMITED WARRANTY plan. The new LIMITED WARRANTY plans are SILVER and GOLD (only in U.S, some areas may be prohibited by law).

Once you purchase your warranty online, a warranty certificate will be mailed to you for your records.
The SILVER LIMITED WARRANTY plan adds an additional year to the Standard Warranty. All the terms and conditions remain the same as our Standard Warranty, except now your unit will be under warranty for an additional 12 months from the date of purchase. So, with the SILVER plan, your warranty period is extended from one to two years, effective from the date of product purchase. This plan can be activated any time during but not after the duration of the standard one-year Warranty period.
The SILVER LIMITED WARRANTY plan can include but is not limited to:
- Free parts and labor for two years from the date of purchase or the Mfg. date if the proof of purchase is not available
- Free return shipping only**. (Customer pays one way to ship to the Mfg. or Service Center)
- Toll free telephone support during business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, except holidays)
The GOLD LIMITED WARRANTY plan adds an additional two years to the one year Standard Warranty. The GOLD plan includes all the terms and conditions of the Standard Warranty, with some addtional benefits listed below, except now your unit will be under Warranty for an additional 24 months from the date of purchase. So, with the GOLD plan, your warranty period is extended from one to three years, effective from the date of product purchase. This plan may also be activated anytime during but not after the duration of the standard one-year Warranty period.
The GOLD LIMITED WARRANTY plan can include but is not limited to:
- Free parts and labor for three years from the date of purchase or the Mfg. date if the proof of purchase is not available.
- Free Shipping**; VocoPro will send out up to two shipping labels per year for your unit and deliver it to the Manufacturer or your nearest Service Center. PLEASE NOTE: Limit of Two Shipping Labels per year.
- Option to Trade-in your old unit and Exchange it for a new unit (same model) at 50% off the Mfg. Suggested Retail Price any time within the three year period (all exchanges will be done through VocoPro)
- Option to Upgrade your current unit to a new unit of equal or similar value at 40% off the Mfg. Suggested Retail Price. Upgrade options will be made at the discretion of VocoPro on comparable models. For example, an upgrade from a DVG-480K single tray, multi-format player to the DVX-680K single tray, multi-format plus DivX player at the same Retail price. PLEASE NOTE: All upgrades will be done through VocoPro.
